* Thorough knowledge of the technical and quality aspects of garment construction in both Knit / Woven

* Minimum 05 years of experience in managing production line together with finishing and packing

* Be able to take up total responsibility for efficient internal operations of the manufacturing plant

* Excellent communication skills

* Minimum 05 years of experience in managing production lines together with in depth knowledge of the production process from fabric inspection to packing in knit and woven garments

* Needs to be highly skilled in administration work, implementing systems and follow up procedures

* Knowledge of production planning and merchandising

* Minimum 05 years of experience in managing production lines

* Thorough knowledge of the technical & quality aspects of garment construction in both knit & woven is a must

* Preferred age below 45 years

* Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar capacity

* Ability to handle production lines consisting of the latest high tech machinery, producing Knit & Woven

* Preferred age between 30 – 40 years

* Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar capacity (Working in a garment industry is a must)

* Should be fully conversant with all aspects of industrial labour laws and must be familiar with the all modern HR strategies and administration procedures

* Excellent command of oral/written English and Tamil is mandatory

* Minimum 05 years of experiences in the Apparel Industry with QA systems, regulations, guidelines and AQL standards

* Must possess a thorough knowledge of the entire Q/C process fabric/ pattern to finished garments

* Ability to initiate and develop procedures to improve quality of products

* Minimum 03 years of experience in the Apparel Industry

* Knowledge of Work Measurement, Method Improvement, Workplace Arrangement, Layout Costing and Method Analysis is a must

* Implement and sustains effective work methods/systems in order to improve productivity levels and facilitate effective production processes

* Minimum 05 years of experience in the Apparel Industry & handling planning functions

* Knowledge of planning and scheduling production

* Preferred age below 40 years

* Should possess extensive knowledge of textiles & apparel production

* Should be a computer literate

* Preferred age below 45 years

* Should possess thorough knowledge in stores, accounting methods and practices

* Experience in ERP system will be an added advantage
